Step 1

To start the process for your custom case or part call or send an email to Gemstar Manufacturing. We will work with you to determine your size, material and hardware needs. In addition, we will make any internal modifications that might be necessary, such as custom foam, flanges, molded inserts, ventilation holes or doors to separate sections of the case. Gemstar will complete all of the required design work based on input from your purchasing, engineering or product development teams.

Step 2

After the case or part design has been approved, your project moves to the tooling phase. Gemstar can complete all of your tooling in-house.

Step 3

Based on your specifications, your case may be thermoformed, rotationally molded, injection molded or created through a combination of these processes.

Step 4

When the main components of your case are completed, they move to our assembly area to be fitted with hardware and any additional custom features.

Your completed custom case will be inspected to make sure it meets all of your requirements and then shipped according to your schedule.
