Lifetime Warranty
If your case breaks or is defective, Gemstar
Manufacturing will provide replacement parts,
repair the case or replace the case at no cost to
you. This warranty extends ONLY to case itself,
covering any defects in materials or
workmanship.
Replacement is limited to the
product produced by Gemstar Manufacturing
only. The warranty does not include normal
wear and tear. Additionally, this warranty is
void if the case has been altered or physically
changed in any way.
Gemstar Manufacturing
and its selling partners are not liable for any
injury, loss or damage as a result of using or
the inabiity to use the cases. Before using,
user shall determine the suitability of the
product for his or her intended use and as
such assumes all risk and liability in
connection with said use.
