GEMSTAR'S TANK OFFERINGS

FUEL TANKS 

Gemstar manufactures fuel tanks to hold both gasoline and diesel.  

• Our EPA-certified gasoline tanks are created using Hostaform® POM RF, exclusively formulated for rotational molding.  
• Our diesel tanks are created using cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), a network structure stronger than polyethylene alone.  
• Our lightweight, durable tanks can take the place of metal where traditional shapes won’t fit. Complex geometries allow you to maximize capacity and save weight and can also reduce costs.  

HYDRAULIC TANKS 

Gemstar manufactures hydraulic tanks for hydraulic fluid storage.  

• Our hydraulic tanks are made from Nylon 6, a material known for its mechanical strength, toughness, wear resistance, and chemical resistance.  
• Nylon 6 is designed to withstand high pressures and elevated working temperatures and is reliable for demanding hydraulic systems. 

FLUID TANKS  

Gemstar manufactures fluid tanks for water and chemicals. 

• Our fluid tanks are made from high-density, medium-density, and low-density polyethylene (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE).  
• Polyethylene is lightweight, highly durable, and versatile, lending itself to many applications.  
• Polyethylene delivers exceptional savings without compromising performance. It’s commonly used in tanks that hold water, cleaning solutions, and liquid chemicals.
